INSURANCE SUPPORT FOR DAMAGE
Most homeowner policies cover roof damage as a result of an act of nature or accident. Call us first, before your insurance company to inspect spur roof, document damage and [provide a written description and photographs of the damage. We can also be on-site when your adjuster arrives. Keep in mind, the amount paid may be less than the full cost of repair or replacement (due to depreciation). BSR can assist in cost negotiations to get your roof restored quickly.
BUILT-IN EXTRA PROTECTION FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
Whenever a company works on your property, it’s important that they have insurance and are bonded. This will protect you in the event of an accident. Make sure any firm is experienced and that you’ve checked references and past jobs. Know who is working on your home.
