Due to unprecedented demand for roofing repairs resulting from the recent hurricane Irene and the September 8, 2011 flooding, BSR is overwhelmed with customers needing assistance. Simply put, we do not have enough skilled manpower to immediately respond to all requests at this time.
The only practical way to handle this demand is to "triage" these requests and respond to the most pressing emergency needs first. This means that if your need is immediate, BSR will attempt to respond to you sooner than we would for a customer with less pressing needs that can wait.
But, this does not mean that we will always be able to respond to you as quickly as you would want. If you wish to contract with us to put your need on our schedule, we will try to respond as quickly as we can. Afterward, if you decide that you cannot wait and would like to have some other company do your work, we understand and will cancel your request/contract with no charge to you.
Please be patient with us during this unprecedented situation.
All emergency repairs will require customers to understand and sign this BSR Repair Request.
